Michèle is the recipient of the inaugural International Coach Federation (ICF) 2013 Coaching Impact Award. This is the first time that the award has been presented to any coach anywhere in the world. It was created by the ICF to recognize the outstanding contribution of coaches who have had a profound and lasting impact on their clients and their client's business.

I’m not one to beat around the bush. I am honest, upfront and truthful right from the get go...and I like to get to the point. So, here’s a little about me.
I go deep. I look for the consequential significance in everything. Sometimes, that’s a gift. Sometimes, it’s not. But regardless, it makes me particularly good at being a business coach and at helping you create a differentiation strategy. It also helps that I am extremely passionate about real value (as opposed to perceived value), excellence and quality.
As a business coach, I believe in the exceptional potential of all people. I believe that those who aren’t performing at their best have either made a conscious choice not to, they simply don’t know how to, or they don’t believe that they can do better.
I’m not afraid of the truth. In fact, I crave it. Sometimes it’s not easy to hear and I don’t always like it, but I deeply value it because it ignites my drive to improve and challenges my status quo. As a result, I approach my client relationships with this same fundamental philosophy. Like any good business coach, I tell it like I see it, with only your very best potential in mind. I will consistently challenge you to be different, to challenge your status quo, to do better, and to stay true to what’s important and meaningful for you. I will not sit quietly in the background and watch you coast. I simply can’t do that...because I believe you can do much, much better. You can create exceptional value in your business, be happier and more fulfilled and create a life of significance.
